1. About us

This website is operated by PVP Collectibles Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO No. 822801), registered office: Unit 2, 2 Bridge Street, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 F1W4, Ireland. Email: paul@pvpcollectibles.com. VAT No.: IE4770482IH.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean PVP Collectibles Limited, and "you" means the customer. These terms apply to all orders placed on pvpcollectibles.com, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Our products are intended for consumers buying for personal use. Some products carry age ratings (for example 13+ or 16+) set by the publisher.

3. Our products

  • We sell factory-sealed product exactly as supplied by the publisher or distributor. We never open, search, weigh or reseal packs.
  • The contents of booster packs, boxes and other randomised products are random. We can't guarantee any particular card, rarity or "pull", and can't accept returns or complaints based on contents.
  • Product images are for illustration. Packaging and box art may vary slightly from the photos, and colours may look different on your screen.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken in full when you place your order, including for pre-orders.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price due to an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. How the contract is formed

When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. We may decline an order (for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud or resale) – if so, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Purchase limits

To keep stock fair for players and collectors, we may set a maximum quantity per customer on some products. We may cancel or reduce orders that exceed these limits, including multiple orders placed by the same person or to the same address, and refund the difference.

7. Pre-orders

  • Pre-order products are not yet released. The expected release or dispatch date is shown on the product page and is set by the publisher – if it changes, we'll let you know by email.
  • Our stock of pre-order products depends on the allocation we receive from our distributors. If our allocation is reduced, we'll fill pre-orders in the order they were placed and refund any we can't fill in full.
  • Price guarantee: if we lower our own price for a pre-order product before your order ships, we'll refund you the difference automatically.
  • You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
  • If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them separately or hold the order until everything is available – we'll tell you which at the time.
  • Pre-order products are excluded from discount codes unless a promotion says otherwise.

8. Delivery

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it's delivered to you (or someone you nominate). See our Shipping Policy for rates and details.

9. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and unless stated otherwise can't be combined with other offers. Free gifts are while stocks last.

11. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under Irish law.

12. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use bots or automated tools to place orders or scrape content. Automated tools or agents accessing the site must identify themselves as such. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that break these rules.

13. Intellectual property

Content on this website created by us (including our logo, text and design) belongs to PVP Collectibles Limited. Product names, logos and images are the trademarks and property of their respective owners (including Wizards of the Coast, Legend Story Studios, Erik's Curiosa and others) and are used only to identify the products we sell. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless stated.

14. Reviews and feedback

If you leave a review or send us feedback, you allow us to display and use it in connection with our store. Reviews must be honest and must not be offensive, unlawful or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

15. Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases you make are with PVP Collectibles Limited, not Shopify, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland or of your home country (including Northern Ireland).
